Join us in the New Year with coach, Melissa Dotterweich, who brings her vibrant energy and approach to life and will lead us through how to Reconstruct New Year's resolutions to make them work for you! Melissa is an embodiment coach and strives to provide a supportive environment to learn and grow in.

About Melissa

I'm originally from Little Rock Arkansas, and have lived in Savannah since 1999. I'm a retired social worker, with an emphasis in providing therapeutic services to children who have experienced childhood trauma; I was considered an expert in the field for many years.

Currently I am a pure barre teacher and the general manager for the pure barre Savannah midtown location. I've been teaching pure barre for 10 years. I am also a life coach with a speciality in embodiment work. I've been life coaching for 2 years. My favorite hobbies are rebounding and roller skating.
