About Us:

Re-Bath is the leader in bathroom remodeling.  We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager with a strong background in financial management using QuickBooks Online. We are looking for an individual who can maintain efficient office operations and contribute to the overall productivity of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate financial records.

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements for review by senior management.

• Coordinate with the HR department to manage payroll processing and employee benefits.

• Maintain office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships.

• Implement office policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary to meet office needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online is mandatory, with a strong understanding of its features and   functions.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and recordkeeping.

• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field.

• Certification in QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Purchasing and materials Manager

Job Brief:

MultiStone is currently searching for a Purchasing/Materials Manager at their manufacturing facility in Savannah GA. This is a very hands-on position that will be a key player in ensuring MultiStone operates efficiently, and consistently meets customer demand. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting company goals and expectations in purchasing while staying within the department’s budget. Your job duties include negotiating fair contracts, and checking that shipments are delivered on time and are complete. Developing an inventory management strategy is crucial to ensuring a consistent supply of products for the company. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of procurement experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing and controlling the activities for supplies and slabs required for production

• Overseeing material storage, tracking location in software, labelling product as received

• Create and implement external supplier and commodity procurement strategy to drive improvements in cost and delivery

• Identify potential capital savings and payment term strategies

• Developing supplier selection for materials and equipment in regards to best quality and price

• Monitor inventory for upcoming projects to determine future orders

• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries to ensure receiving and storage capacity

• Check deliveries for accuracy, report deficiencies/damage, track backorders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, finance, or a related field

• CPPO, Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Contract Negotiator, CPPB, or other advanced certification in procurement or contract administration preferred

• 5+ years' experience in the procurement of materials and supplies

• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

• Proficient with vendor management software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
