Victoria Baylor is passionate about helping people see their unique brilliance and reach their goals. Victoria is a Certified Leadership Development & Organizational Development coach, consultant, TEDx speaker & keynote speaker. She is the founder of Clarity for High-Performance LLC. She partners with organizations & leaders to help them reach their goals by cultivating a high-performance mindset & continuous growth. Her empowering and creative style of coaching and consulting helps leaders and organizations improve their engagement, communication, employee retention, and teambuilding to foster greater connection, productivity, and profitability. Victoria has ICF-certified training and coaching certifications in Organizational Development, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Professional Coaching.

Over 10 years ago Victoria found her True Calling and purpose in leadership & mindset development when she realized how easy it is for Women to lose their identities to the roles they serve--a challenge she overcame. She shares her insights & personal story in her TEDx talk, "You Are Who You Are, Not What You Do". This experience led her to focus on providing Coaching to help entrepreneurs & professionals ( both men and women) move beyond their mindset blocks and gain the clarity and strong mindset needed to operate as high-level leaders.

As a professional speaker, she shares her leadership & high-performance mindset messages across various stages. She is a columnist, a writer for multiple publications, and a podcast host. She serves on several boards and non-profit organizations. For fun, she enjoys traveling, reading, movies, and cooking. She lives in Savannah Georgia with her husband and 14-year-old daughter, Reilly.
